Mockup Photos is a collection of free and premium mockup templates for multiple devices.

VuePress is a highly-performant static site generator based on Vue.js and focused on simplicity.
CSS Blocks
CSS Blocks is a component-based CSS authoring system developed by LinkedIn that compiles to high-performance stylesheets and features a tiny runtime, scoped styles, dead code elimination, object oriented inheritance and many more.

A small library from Codrops that you can use to create bursting particle effects.
TensorFlow.js
