Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 30 days money back guarantee with all our paid products, no questions asked. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please fill in the Customer Support form located in the My Account page, using the same email address you have used while making the purchase and also mentioning that you would like a refund we’ll send your money back as soon as possible.
How do I contact the Support Team?
To open a new support ticket, navigate to the My Account page, click the Technical Support tab and fill in the form using the email address (usually auto-populated) that you have used to make a purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by accessing your FastSpring account using the same email address that you have used while making the payment. If you have used PayPal, you can manage your subscription inside your PayPal account as described here.
Do I lose the right to use your product after my subscription expires?
No! You will, however, lose your access to updates and our technical support services.
Can I use one of your paid products for client-related (paid) work?
Yes! You can use our products for client-related work and get paid for your services.
Can I use any (paid) product to build an app (eg. SaaS) that ends up charging multiple users?
In order to be able to build a SaaS app or any project that ends up charging multiple users, you must purchase an Extended license.
Do you offer custom design and development services?

All our free and paid products have individual repositories on GitHub under our organization’s profile. You can head over there, search for that specific product’s repository and submit a new issue. If you prefer email instead, you can send us the bug report to contact[at]designrevision.com
I don’t want to download your free products through email. Is there any other option available?
Yes. All our free products are also available on GitHub.
