Remove Line Breaks
Strip newlines from pasted text and rejoin it into one flowing block.
This free online line break remover joins text that's been broken across multiple lines — common when copying from a PDF or spreadsheet cell. Choose to replace breaks with a space, delete them entirely, or keep paragraph breaks intact. No signup required, runs entirely in your browser.

How to remove line breaks from text
Paste text into the input box above. Every line break gets replaced according to your chosen option — a space so words don't run together, nothing at all to delete them outright, or any custom string you type. Turn on Keep paragraph breaks if you want blank-line-separated paragraphs to stay intact while only the line breaks inside each paragraph get joined.
Why text has unwanted line breaks
PDFs, some word processors, and terminal output often insert a hard line break at the end of every visual line rather than only at the end of a paragraph. When that text is copied elsewhere — into a spreadsheet cell, a search query, or a chat message — those breaks come along as literal newline characters, breaking sentences apart in ways that look fine on screen but cause problems downstream.
